LIBERTY TOWNHOME HOA ELECTIONS

All 3 seats were up for election in 2025 election. Ballots were counted on 12/2/25 but quorum was not reached.
Ballots were to be counted again on 1/6/26. 2026 elections are underway.
Candidate submissions due by 11/9/26. Ballots sent 12.24.26. Ballots counted on 1/28/26.

East Garrison Community Services District (EGCSD)

The EGCSD is overseen buy the County Board of Supervisors with the Parks Division which has led by Bryan Flores since early 2024.

EG CSD (Community Services District)
Definition of a CSD here. EG CSD, oversees a budget funded by our Mello-Roos taxes, advises the County Board of Supervisors about operationsof the CSD-owned parks in East Garrison and more. The CSD is made up volunteers (EG Residents) appointed by County Board of Supervisors.  Learn how to apply & more.
